Do you want to be part of an innovative, progressive and dynamic organisation that is committed to providing first rate care to its local community?
First Community is a CQC rated ’Outstanding’ staff owned social enterprise, which delivers NHS community services to residents across east Surrey and in parts of West Sussex.
Through our first-rate people we deliver first rate value to the public, providing community nursing, including district and specialist nursing; health visitors, school nurses and immunisations and a wide range of adult and children’s therapies. We also run a rehabilitation in-patient ward and a Minor Injury Unit (MIU).
First Community is a great place to work and our CQC rating puts us among the top two percent of organisations providing NHS care in the country. Everyone here has a voice and is supported to develop their career to its full potential.
We offer all our staff: High quality training and development opportunities, flexible working to enable a good work, life balance, an inclusive and friendly work environment, an NHS pension, flexible retirement options and employee benefits including a car salary sacrifice scheme.
First Community values diversity and inclusion and is committed to the recruitment and retention of under-represented minority groups. We particularly welcome applications from black, asian and minority ethnic candidates, LGBTQ+ candidates and candidates with disabilities.
If you are looking to lead a team in improving patient experiences and outcomes whilst engaging and empowering colleagues, an exciting opportunity has arisen within community nursing for a Band 7 Clinical Team Lead for District Nursing in the North Tandridge Network.
We are looking for an individual who has a wide range of clinical skills and experience in caseload management, leadership, change management and quality improvement. You will need to be forward thinking, motivated, enthusiastic and able to work collaboratively with patients, their carers and health and social care colleagues.
