As our business analyst with a focus on Loyalty programs you will be supporting senior management in decision-making about new business and return on investment innovation projects. This is a phenomenal opportunity for an individual with a collaborative working style and strong communication skills, who enjoys a fast paced environment.
Core Responsibilities


  • Analyse drivers of Loyalty programmes and identify levers for improvement.
  • Review and analyse Loyalty programme pricing and costing.
  • Estimate the return on investment of Loyalty programme in achieving key performance metrics for the LEGO owned branded channels.
  • Help to develop and refine value propositions per customer segment via strong business cases.
  • Collaborate with analytics, data, and audience teams to report on key performance metrics.
  • Conduct sophisticated strategic analyses to drive strategic business decisions on new business initiatives and dealmaking.

As a Business Analyst, your role at Digital Consumer Engagement team will help to build direct and lasting relationships with kids and adult LEGO fans. You will work with the broad team of functional experts such as designers and engineers, products leads, eCommerce specialists, customer service, marketing and content.

Do you have what it takes?


  • Experience with entertainment content and subscription businesses is preferred or management consultancy, investment banking, and/or similar strategy and planning functions in a global, fast-paced organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data analysis into stories to gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • High level of enthusiasm, innovation, and dedication with ability to adapt easily to change and multitask.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
