We have a new opportunity within the Kier Highways business for an enthusiastic and dynamic BIM Manager to support the development and management of BIM projects within our Major projects team. The BIM Manager will have responsibility of managing and deploying BIM activities across major projects whilst maintaining and implementing BIM processes & technologies in line with the Kier BIM Policy, strategy and objectives. Within this role, you can enjoy car or car allowance, private healthcare, 26 days annual holiday entitlement with opportunities to buy/sell leave


Location: Nationwide, Flexible across Kier Highways offices remote working available

Contract: Permanent Fulltime

Salary: £44k - £55k


Responsibilities

As a BIM Manager, you’ll work closely with the project team to support successful delivery of digital aspects of the project from conception to completion.

Your day to day will include:

  • Liaise and engage with clients in relation to BIM and digital delivery where needed and with third parties on the provision of digital and BIM resources
  • Produce and manage project BIM documentation [ie BEP] to comply with relevant standards and client requirements
  • Maintain project standards / protocols including compliance with relevant company processes, policies and accreditations.

Who are we looking for?

This role of BIM Manager is great for you if have:

  • Proven knowledge of BIM standards, emerging software, and industry developments including ISO 19650 suite of documents and processes as well as ADMM and National Highways standards
  • Proven experience & delivery of infrastructure or Building managing multiple processes / schemes delivering high-quality to tight deadlines
  • Experience using a variety of software & applications relevant to Highways & infrastructure
