Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role as Single point of contact for Prime Brokerage client & business unit responsible for all query management related to Corporate Actions, Income and Proxy events. Measure, analyze client work drivers targeting efficiency opportunities. Participate in managing process improvements, requirements gathering, UAT and implementations where necessary. Prepare for client visits and scorecard targets.

Collaboration both internally within the group and with other areas is also critical in meeting the requirements of the process and the client. Your skills and experience

Well versed SME in Corporate Actions, Income & Proxy events with proven experience in Financial Services.

  • Proven background in Equity/Fixed Income settlement & derivate transactions a plus
  • Able to lead client conversations & meetings with good outcomes and relationship fostering
  • Risk oriented, able to work against deadlines and under pressure
  • Analytical by nature – strong ability to dissect and present data to clients and management
  • Adapt quickly to changing client/business needs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with good presentation skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
