Asset/Property Manager, SE London

£30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

A newly formed investor/owner involved within the property space are currently looking to appoint an Asset Manager who has a property management background who will oversee the running of a shopping centre in SE London. You will be overseeing an external Property Manager and ensuring that the site is running smoothly and report back to the wider business.

Applicants must reside in London and essential that you have carried out an Asset/Proprety Management role within the retail / shopping centre space (unfortunately applications made by those without this experience will not be considered).

On offer will be a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow with the business as it continues to expand its portfolio.
