Attention all passionate Art and Design Technology teachers!

Tradewind are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a school in Rotherham as an Art and DT teacher. This role will commence at Easter and continue until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire and challenge our students to develop their creativity and technical skills. As an Art and DT teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students across a range of year levels and abilities, helping them to explore a variety of art forms and design technologies.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in art, design technology, or a related field.
  • Qualified teacher status or UK equivalent.
  • A passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to fostering creativity and technical skill in students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
  • A sound knowledge of art and design technology principles and techniques, with the ability to integrate digital technologies into teaching practice.
