As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for introducing our travellers who are participating on a working holiday to work opportunities through contacting employers across the UK and Ireland. There will be a strong focus on maintaining current relationships and bringing new partners on board, informing them about our services and growing our client database nationwide. You will be stepping into a warm desk, however, there are still a lot of opportunities for further growth and development. You will also be responsible for ensuring travellers arriving in the UK and Ireland on working holidays are provided with sufficient job opportunities as part of our arrival service.

Our Ideal Candidate Has

  • Previous Sales or Account Management Experience - Hospitality or Recruitment a bonus!
  • Strong administration & time management skills.
  • Great phone manners & writing skills.
  • Ability to look after current partners and research, call & secure potential clients.
  • Great organisation skills & ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative & decision making.
  • Rapport building & conflict resolution skills.
