About The Team

The UK Home Entertainment team (Physical & Digital) distributes content to all relevant retailers whilst using our best-in-class customer service, helping us work with partners and promote the Crunchyroll brand within the retail landscape.

All roles within the team are expected to participate in cross-departmental collaboration and deliver a profitable approach to selling content. You will report to the Sales Manager based in London.

About You:

  • 2+ demonstrated years of experience in sales and account management within a similar industry or field
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Negotiation skills
  • Financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Focus on achieving sales targets
  • Resilient, able to adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritise tasks.

A day in the life of our Account Manager:

  • Maximise sales and profitability across a diverse portfolio of accounts
  • Negotiate new release and promotional activity
  • Negotiate, implement, and improve New Release activity plans
  • Implement account strategies to maximise catalogue revenues and profitability
  • Regular financial reporting, including forecasting and monthly account reports
  • Manage all account administration activities
  • Develop working relationships with all main customer contacts
  • Develop commercial opportunities to achieve company financial goals
