Psychology Teacher wanted for an excellent secondary school in Gloucestershire.

Start date – November 2021

3 Days a week – Key stage 5

£100-£120 per day

The role:

Teaching personnel are working closely with one of their best secondary schools to recruit a Psychology teacher top start in November. The role will be 3 days a week teaching psychology at KS5 to the 6th form students. The role is a temporary fixed contract covering maternity with the chance of a permanent position at the end of the contract. The successful teacher will be part of an innovative and dynamic team and ensure pupils are motivated to learn creative and inspiring lessons.

About the School:

The schools are a large mixed comprehensive school, with 1,100 students, including 300 in the Sixth Form. The school has an academy status and was rated ’Good’ by OfSTED in Jan 2018. The school’s ethos is “We are committed to an excellent quality of education, exceptional behaviour for learning and a desire to create confident global citizens” and the school ensures that all members of staff share the same values.

The successful candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Hold a PGCE.
  • Energetic and driven.
  • Passion for education and Psychology
  • Capable of dealing with students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities.
