TeamJobs are recruiting for experienced Prototype Wirers’ to join our well-established client in Blandford Forum. Day to day duties: The production of wiring looms/cable assemblies and you will be comfortable crimping, soldering, lacing and splicing to aerospace standards Wiring of cabinets and fixtures Liaise with in-house engineers with technical queries and build solutions in relation to prototype assemblies Able to solder to a consistently high standard is essential Assembly of PCBs (desirable but not essential)Ideally you will have the following previous experience: Prototype assembly experience within similar work such as the Aerospace or Defence Sector and will ideally be IPC 620 certified.What we offer you: Working hours are offered with a flexible schedule - 37 hours required but with starting and finishing times flexible.
