The Proposition Manager – AXA Health App will own creating a holistic experience for customers using the AXA Health app. You’ll mix time spent in our either Tunbridge Wells or Bournemouth offices (subject to government guidance) with working from home available for the rest of your week. The Proposition Manager – AXA Health App is responsible for how health and wellbeing propositions are featured in the app, according to category briefs, taking into account key features. Own and develop app proposition roadmap to deliver value to the customer and AXA, in alignment with category plans, in collaboration with a multifunctional team. Work with category leads and stakeholders to agree final designs prior to development. Use customer insight, customer feedback and market trends. Analyse data on propositions such as sales, retention, proposition mix and customer profile to identify key trends, risks and opportunities. Ensure delivery of app proposition developments within agreed timelines and budget. Present at senior stakeholder meetings, clearly communicating future strategy including rationale based on insights, trends and competitor insights. Build team capability through shared learning. Quality assess risk assessments. Drive engagement with clinical governance to sign off product or partner.

More About You

We’re looking for someone with transferable proposition / product management experience. Strong analytical capability, problem solvingand numerical skills. Customer advocacy. An outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent stakeholder managementand influencing skills. Ideally, you’ll have worked in an app environmentbefore.

  • Marketing skillset and knowledge
  • Storytelling skillset with experience in crafting narratives for senior and non-technical audiences, able to bring them along the journey
  • Presentation skills (written, verbal and formal presentations)
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Cross functional management
  • Ability to understand complexity and deal with ambiguity
  • Resilient, able to thrive in a pressurised environment
  • Health and wellbeing experience useful, but not essential
