The Opportunity

We’re now recruiting an experienced Proposal Lead to join our Bid Team based at our Head Office in Whitley. Reporting into the Bid Manager and working closely with various internal stakeholders you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of individual tenders across all of the Tunstall UK portfolio of products.

The Role

As a Proposal Lead you will be responsible for defining and developing winning and compelling Tunstall Healthcare UK business and tender proposals ensuring the highest quality submissions are produced and in-line with relevant timelines and procurement processes.

Who You’ll Be
  • Experience of producing professional bid and tender documents and associated sales support information to new and existing customers
  • Demonstrable experience of customer-centric bid and quality writing with a high attention to detail
  • Highly customer focused and a strong communicator with the ability to flex style to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders both written and verbally to enable effective teamwork
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills and the ability to coordinate and manage tender document submission to meet strict deadlines
  • Highly motivated, performance driven an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong team player
