Property & Real Estate Manager Ferndown ASAP Start Permanent £35,000-£40,000 Per Annum Monday to Friday 8.00am-17.00pm Tru Talent are on the lookout for someone to work as part of a team in the Property Investment and Development sector of an established business covering Dorset and Hampshire locations. Our client covers both residential and commercial markets. It will also include new construction projects and existing asset management of a rental portfolio to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget. Role and Responsibilities: Proactive asset management of a portfolio of rental properties Regular telephone and email correspondence with tenants, contractors and professional consultants Working on new construction projects Instructing and monitoring reactive maintenance works Managing legal compliance such as Fire Risk Assessment, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Asbestos etc Maintaining a schedule of and organising refurbishment works Delivering work on time and within budgets Skills and experience needed for this role: Minimum five years’ professional experience in the property industry RICS Surveyor would suit the role although this is not essential Good qualifications in Maths and English are required Experience using Auto CAD would be advantageous Ability to work in a busy environment Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Need own transport and full driving license Company Benefits: Performance Bonus Casual dress code On-site parking If you would like to apply or get more information about this role then please submit your CV or get in touch with Aimee at .
