Description Property Manager - West Drayton

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced property manager who is ready to jump straight in!
Your energetic approach to work along with your ’can do’ approach will ma ke you a perfect fit for this dynamic property management team. With around 2+ years property management experience you would have experienced most scenarios and developed an empathetic and responsive approach to clients.

  • Able to multitask and manage own workload, prioritising where necessary
  • Have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proficient in IT and software packages
  • Have a sound knowledge of current legislation
  • Ideally ARLA qualified (not essential)
  • A Driver with your own vehicle.
The role would involve the candidate:
  • Managing their own portfolio of residential properties as well as assisting in overall management duties as and when called upon
  • Building a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
  • Handling maintenance issues including obtaining quotes and instructing contractors
  • Checking on rent payments
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals and preparing agreements
  • Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
  • Arranging deposit returns including agreeing any deductions


Fantastic Package
  • £25k - £28k salary (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (one Saturday every four weeks 9.00am – 4.00pm with a day off in the week instead)
