As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing residential properties.
- Overseeing regular maintenance
- Handling emergency repairs
- Coordinating with contractors
- Managing rental applications, and ensuring timely collection of rental payments.
- Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of property management experience (minimum)
- Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Package
- £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary
- 28 days holiday
