About Us:

We are a small yet vibrant and cultured team looking for a positive and organised person to join our growing real estate agency. We are well-established and a highly recognised brand that want to open our doors and welcome a new team member to be part of our future success.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the day-to-day property management area of our lettings team.

· Answer general, maintenance, and emergency phone calls, and deal with all general enquiries to resolve any reported issues accordingly.

· Act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, managing agents and contractors alike.

· Instruct maintenance works and ensure the satisfactory completion of any works commissioned.

· Monitor the performance of all/any contractors.

· Handle any enquiries and/or complaints.

· Carry out tenancy renewals

· Lodge deposits

· Book routine property visits

· Ensure all managed properties are compliant with statutory property legislation.

Requirements:

Essential

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies.

· Confidence in dealing with a variety of people on many levels.

· Have strong both written and spoken English.

· Confident with In House Window based systems

· Database experience

· Good data entry skills

· Full driving licence

Desired

· ARLA qualifications preferred *ARLA Training provided if desired*

· At least 24 months relevant experience in a property management and/or a lettings support function.

· Sound Understanding and experience using Alto (training can be provided)
