Property Manager - Salford - Up to £28,000 DOE

Exciting new Property Manager role, providing you a successful career within the property investment industry!

The firm is a rapidly growing and ambitious Lettings and Management Agency and are taking over their competition. Due to expansion of their portfolio, and client base, they are currently searching for a Property Manager to join their supportive and friendly team.

What you will be doing

• Managing 400 properties
• Helping monitor and managing compliance
• Maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep
• Updating systems, documents and general administration
• Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
• Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
• Select tenants through interviews and background checks
• Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants

What you will have

• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
• Previous experience working within property management/compliance
• An ambitious individual with a drive to succeed alongside a can-do attitude
