Property Manager

We are looking to recruit property managers for our estate agency’s lettings department, based in Carlisle.

Preferably you will have knowledge of the property industry. However, if not full training can be provided for the right candidate. We will provide you the opportunity to progress and grow within the business and can provide you with the resources to allow further training and qualification pathways if required.

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate dependant on job experience.

• Be a team player.
• Have the ability to prioritise and time manage.
• Have professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Offer high level customer service skills to our valued clients.
• Have a positive and proactive attitude.
• Have the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Have a full clean driving licence

Some of the day-to-day tasks we are responsible for -

• Booking and liaising with contractors for reported maintenance issues.
• Management of property compliance certificates.
• Arranging viewings for properties we have on the market.
• Processing tenancy applications.
• Referencing prospective tenants
• managing check ins & check outs
• Legal paperwork preparation
• Dealing with any landlord and tenant queries.
• Arranging property inspections and reporting back to landlords/owners.
• Dealing with contractor invoicing
