We are looking for a Property Manager to join us at The Letting Shop in Kingswood, Bristol.

Experience of working in a letting agency is desired, but if not, and you have an enthusiasm and ability to learn that could also work as we will provide training for all your responsibilities.

You’ll work within our small but growing team to manage the maintenance and compliance of our portfolio whilst liaising with Landlords and Tenants.

You’ll have autonomy over your day and there will be opportunity for progression in due course.

What you’ll do

• Provide great service to landlords and tenants
• Organise all necessary repairs whilst liaising with landlords and tenants
• Ensure legal compliance across the portfolio
• Liaise with contractors, organise and send out estimates
• Process contractor invoices
• Completion of pre-tenancy end visits
• Work to objectives as agreed with the manager

Salary and working hours

• 9.00am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri
• £22-25k per annum depending on experience
• Funding towards ARLA Level 3 Training
• Business miles covered by the company
• No weekend working required
• Regular social events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
