In This Diverse Role Your Responsibilities IncludeAs a result of unprecedented growth, we have an opening for an experienced Property Manager to join our existing team. The core function of the role is to manage the daily operation of your property portfolio, efficiently and effectively, whilst being responsible for providing a quality professional service to our clients and leaseholders.KEY TASKS:
  • Carrying out routine site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and preparing reports
  • Overseeing all maintenance repairs, insurance damage claims and remediation works
  • Handling telephone calls and face to face enquiries
  • Completing Section 20 consultation processes
  • Undertaking general administration, updating records on the software system
  • Working closely with the Accounts team on the development of site budgets
  • Ensuring that all records are up to date and filed
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are complied with
  • Reading and understanding of leases
  • Issuing of consents (e.g. License to alter) on behalf of the client
  • Attending AGMs and Directors’ meetings
The ideal candidate is a diligent and proactive individual with proficient organisational skills. The ability to communicate with a wide variety of people under varied circumstances and always remain calm and professional.Attributes:
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player
  • Adept at problem solving with a keen attention to detail
  • Project management skills advantageous
  • Quick to learn and adapt to ever changing industry regulation
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in property, facilities management or the construction industry
  • IT literate and email proficiency (familiarity with Office and Excel)
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle is required (insured for business use)
