Property Manager – Nottingham – Up to £25,000

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a small knit team that are passionate about delivering a personal service?

An independent, reputable family run Estate Agent is looking for someone to assist their already successful team.

This is a superb opportunity for you to progress your career, with great potential to develop and learn from the team around you.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Chasing arrears
  • Following up on viewings
  • Handling customer enquiries through various methods
  • Resolve issues/Complaints
  • Property Inspections
  • Process tenancy agreements
  • Ensure properties are compliant and up to date with current legislations

What you will have

  • The ability to manage your time effectively
  • A great negotiator and able to negotiate a deal where everybody wins
  • Ability to deliver great customer service
  • Previous experience in a 360 Lettings role is desirable
