Property Customer Service Manager – Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Belgravia Block Management Ltd is an apartment block management company, providing estate management for leasehold and freehold properties. Therefore the company is responsible for the management of client estates, client estate finances and facilities.

Key Skills
· To assist in the administration and facilitating of client property portfolios, provide hands on customer support and service. · Interact and liaise with clients directly in person, email, writing or telephone.

· Administration tasks are required in respect of leaseholders, tenants and client accounts.
· Liaise and arrange contractors and suppliers and to provide clients with accurate reports and information as required.

· Conduct onsite inspections in line with company inspection schedules.

· Research and manage projects as required including section 20 consultations.

· To work accurately and professionally at all times, ensuring that all records as provided are always reconciled and correct.

· To attend meetings with clients as and when required.

· Assist with budgeting for estate services.

· Team management of operational staff

· This role will require some flexibility on working hours as client meetings are sometimes held out of business hours. Emergency attendances may also be required.

Full drivers license essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Property Management: 2 years (required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
