We are seeking a talented individual to join our Maintenance team, in Devizes.

The Property Maintenance Apprenticeship is a 2-year programme, commencing September 2021. During the apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to earn a salary and achieve a recognised qualification (NVQ L2) whilst gaining practical, hands-on experience.

The apprenticeship includes maintenance tasks such as Painting and Decorating, Tiling, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Ventilation, Plastering, Carpentry and Bricklaying. It will also involve the production of reports, reading and understanding technical data and drawings.

The apprenticeship will involve attending Wiltshire College, Trowbridge campus one day a week.

Applicants must display appropriate hands-on abilities and have a genuine and proven interest in building maintenance.
