Expert Recruits are pleased to be supporting a well-established law firm in their search for a capable, hardworking Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Wimbledon office.

Sitting within the thriving Dispute Resolution team you’ll be involved in a varied and interesting caseload of Property Litigation matters.

Day to day you’ll be advising on a variety of significant contentious property concerns, such as; Landlord and Tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices), and general property matters such adverse possession, easements, and title disputes.

As the best candidate for the role, you will have an excellent ability to balance conflicting needs and priorities, working well under pressure. You’ll need clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and be able to use your own initiative, as well as work productively as part of a team.

You’ll need at least 4 years relevant experience in property litigation within a reputable law firm, with good understanding of handling various caseloads.
