Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from one of Bristol’s top firms on a new requirement for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team. This opportunity will see the successful candidate working directly with a Partner, recognised as a leading specialist in the sector, as part of a new team within the wider property litigation department.

This new opportunity will focus on property litigation and disputes across the board, but also involving the Telecommunications Code, advising household name international clients. While there will be a significant focus within this niche area, candidates will also have regular exposure to other matters, working with clients in retail, development and the public sector on a variety of matters.

You will be joining a firm with an excellent national reputation, working on complex and high value matters and learning from a very talented and experienced lawyer. Furthermore, being one of the first new members of the team affords great scope for further career development as it expands, making this no doubt an attractive prospect for ambitious candidates looking to progress their careers.
