The overall purpose of this role is to be able to run an effective operation for an area patch of around 2500 homes for Responsive Repairs/Void Properties (as required). You will be able to conduct Pre-inspections, accurately identify and recording scope of works and conduct site inspections, to ensure quality and compliance of work completed.

We need people with experience / knowledge of:

• housing management information systems (QL preferable)
• undertaking property surveying
• HNC/HND in construction or housing or related professional discipline or equivalent qualification
• Health & Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH / IOSH (or equivalent)
• Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
