We are seeking to recruit a person to conduct property inspections on our portfolio of properties throughout Staffordshire.

The role (ideally suited to a retired individual) would involve visiting several properties each day and conduct a report on the condition and meet the current tenants before returning to the office to hand over the reports and discuss any required maintenance.

You would need your own car and have strong customer service skills, able to manage a busy diary and enjoy interacting with customers on a face to face level.

4 days a week. Monday - Thursday. 10-4pm.
