The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the Property Services Department but includes the opportunity to grow into additional areas , relating to Property and Project Management, with increasing levels of professional responsibility.

Accountabilities:

  • Administration of Property data (download and upload data from Customer Systems)
  • Updating company data
  • Managing correspondence with customers, suppliers and third parties (including autonomous responsibility for sending and receiving Project documentation
  • Creating orders and receipting services using third party purchasing tools.
  • Chasing suppliers on order updates
  • Provisioning administration tasks
  • Monitoring delivery of tasks against forecasts
  • Identifying, highlighting and escalating issues that impact project delivery
  • Keeping project documentation continuously up to date
  • Assist with the compilation of regular and ad-hoc Project repor
  • Liaising with Departmental and other company staff, as and when requir
  • Raising project PO’s in line with project deliverables
  • Creation and management of key project data, including project trackers via Excel

Skills & Experience

  • Accountability for administration to a reporting level
  • Knowledge of property (management and legal issues) desirable but not essential
  • Project administration experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on various tasks
  • The ability to work under pressure and to assimilate information quickly and act decisively
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
