The Promotions Assistant is an entry level role that offers amazing development opportunities for ambitious and self motivated candidates. No previous experience is required. We provide all training, as well as a one on one mentorship for career driven individuals.

The Promotions Assistant will be responsible for the following:

- Brand Development - representing our clients’ brands across a variety of events in a professional manner with the aim of increasing their exposure

- Product Knowledge - keeping up to date with our clients’ policies and terms of use to ensure that we provide accurate information so that our customers can make an educated decision

- Customer Acquisition - aiming every conversation towards increasing our clients’ consumer pool

- Customer Service - ensuring every costumer has a positive experience regardless of the outcome of the conversation

- Team Work - supporting the Team Manager in the running of the event, abiding to their guidelines and assisting them in the set up of the promotion
