The company: Emotional Logic is an award-winning consumer insight agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We deliver national and international market research studies for major consumer brands, the public sector and charitable organisations. Our client base includes retail, food & drink, automotive, travel, charity, health & beauty, finance and media clients. Our unique approach combines high quality research solutions with selected cutting edge tools from neuroscience, social psychology and NLP to deliver a deeper understanding into what really drives consumer behaviour.

The role: As part of the expansion of our team we are now looking for an experienced research project manager. This is a key role to help the business ensure high quality, timely and effective delivery of research projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of research projects, manage the project delivery team and liaise with clients and suppliers. This role reports to the Head of Operations.

Person Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following skills, abilities and interests: (2:1) or higher grade graduate degree from a major university Track record delivering quantitative and/or qualitative market research projects on time and to a high quality standard Excellent command of the English language in spoken and written form Experience in statistical analysis of research data including advanced techniques (such as Cluster, Correspondence or Regression Analysis) A keen interest in consumer psychology and consumer behaviour Experience liaising with clients and suppliers during project delivery Experience leading a project team and managing team members Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment Self-motivated and goal orientated individual who finds it easy to integrate into teams.

The following criteria would be advantageous but are not essential: Multi-lingual skills (especially French, German or Standard Chinese) Full clean driving license that is valid in the UK. ?This role may involve national and international travel and require the individual to be away from home for (on occasion) up to three weeks.
