GNA Group are looking for a Project manager - Quantity Surveyor to work on prime and super prime residential refurbishments in central, SW London and Surrey. Our clients is a well established construction firm. You will join a project management team reporting directly into the Managing Director.

Job Title: Project Manager Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

- Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact the project’s success

- Liaise & coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication

- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and provide updates on budget and programme to stakeholders

- Procure materials, labour and subcontractors

- Be the main point of contact for the Client

- Report weekly to directors

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager Quantity Surveyor or similar role within the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Familiarity with cost control techniques and budget management

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration

- Strong interpersonal and client management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

You will be required to travel between our head office and various projects, either by car or by public transport, with an element of working from home too. Hours are typically 8 – 5 but we are open to discussions around flexible working.
