Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving our Implementation projects within our SAP technology teams
  • Work with our Finance & Tax platform team comprised of technology and business people and our consulting partners to shape, plan and deliver the deployments on a global basis;
  • Develop enduring relationships with key leaders and senior stakeholders to effectively govern the programme and deliver significant benefits back to the business;
  • Work with the wider team to develop and deliver rapid deployment approaches to create an industrialised approach to roll-out;
  • Work with the programme release management team and our consulting partners to plan detailed approach to delivery;
  • Co-ordinate the activities of the PMO to provide daily oversight of programme related activities;
  • Report progress to leadership and manage the agenda of the bi-weekly OpCo;
  • Manage plans through to execution including shaping, driving, co-ordinating activities and providing daily updates on progress against plans;
  • Ensure Individual product workstreams have coherent plans and are performing to expectation;
  • Proactively manage programme risks and issues and drive mitigations.

We are looking for

  • An understanding of implementing SAP across process areas;
  • Significant experience of project managing complex projects from inception to implementation
  • Experience of working with large diverse and distributed teams (including offshore) to deliver global template programmes and subsequent roll-outs;
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile methods also very useful;
  • Experience of working collaboratively with consulting partners to deliver successful programmes
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
