Purpose

To own the creation and delivery of a sub-set of project plans across AMGP, AMF1 and AMPT projects, managing a team of Project Planners providing realistic and achievable milestones to fulfil management prioritised requirements.

Responsibilities

• Management of a team of Project Planners owning a sub-set of AMGP, AMF1 and AMPT projects
• Provide direction to the Project Planning team in terms of prioritising daily workload
• Use AMGP developed processes and systems to provide comprehensive and achievable project plans for all assigned projects
• Oversee setting and meeting of targets for all deliverables / target events
• Ensure sub-processes (R&D, test requests etc) are catered for in the planning process
• Work closely with production planners to ensure delivery to milestone and budget
• Provide updates to continually report via the Project Tracking System all latest news
• Provide input to continuous improvement of processes and systems
• Participation in management meetings as required
• Recruitment of new roles within department to meet organisational structure requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Project, Excel, Word and Power BI
• Management experience, proven track record of team leadership and delivering measurable results
• Experience in F1 or top-level Motorsport or technology company in a similar role and a working familiarity with Programmes and Project Management
• Must have high level of experience with recognised project management and reporting systems and tools
