We are looking for someone who can ensure our clients receive the best level of service throughout the installation process, with effective implementation of remedial and aftersales work.

You will be reporting to the Installation Manager and working closely with the designers and the installation team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Client support throughout the installation process to achieve a positive experience from concept to completion.
• Provide a union between the client, the company, and the on-site contractors.
• Ensure the standard of installation is to the companies high specifications.
• Address positively and knowledgeably any issues that may arise, either with design, installation, or product.
• Health & Safety in the workplace, producing method statements and risk assessments as required using our HSE-compliant software.
• Being proactive in each aspect of the operating procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise waste on resources.

You must be able to:
• Manage fit-outs in both domestic and contract.
• Manage various accounts simultaneously.
• Read and understand CAD diagrams.
• Conduct on-site surveys accurately.
• Produce reports and understand M&E drawings.
• Provide accurate installation quotes.

Knowledge of EQ and Winner is beneficial, along with an understanding of German kitchens. Any building experience is also desirable.
