Job Summary

We are a fast-growing investor and infrastructure developer within the mobile telecommunications sector and are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team based at our Head Offices in Lymington, Hampshire.

We are recruiting for a number of Manager roles within our Acquisition, Build and Estates teams.

In this role the successful candidate will be engaged in all areas of the business, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management and successful delivery of projects. Successful candidates must enjoy challenges, be self-motivated and highly driven.

Remote working could be possible for this role but will require regular travel to our office in Lymington, Hampshire as well as sites in the UK and Ireland.


Candidate Duties

Your role will include the following generic duties but will also include department specific duties as well:

  • Ensuring that all projects are realistically planned and implemented effectively
  • Forecasting and reporting of all project elements against key milestones
  • Communicating with external parties including potential and existing landlords, planning & design consultants, utility providers, legal teams, surveyors, build contractors and mobile network operators to effectively evaluate, manage and report to drive projects forward
  • Producing accurate and high-quality reports to be used both internally and externally
  • Providing a full range of support to the senior management team
  • Maintaining the accuracy of project information in Salesforce (CRM) and SharePoint


Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will come from a technical/practical background and have the following key characteristics:

  • Confident and assertive communicator (telephone, face to face, presentations)
  • Proactive with a positive approach/mindset
  • Well organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure to agreed deadlines
  • Problem solving ability
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • The ability to delegate responsibility and manage 3rd party contractors
