We are working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of passenger and goods lift equipment, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in the Dorset area.

This role will involve the following;

  • Managing multiple lift installation and modernization projects of various sizes and revenue.
  • Managing direct and subcontract labor, materials, and the finances of the project from start to completion.
  • Ensuring final testing, commissioning and hand-over are completed in line with time scales set by the client.
  • Maintaining customer relationships ensuring that targets and time scales are achieved and that all parties involved in the project are fully informed at key stages of the process
  • Supervising direct reports and dealing with any issues that arise, while ensuring that accurate management reports are completed in a timely manner.
  • Managing projects across the South-West of England, reporting to the company’s branch in Dorset.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have;

  • A PRINCE2 Qualification or NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation.
  • Prior experience in a role involving contracts or project management in either the construction or lift industry.
  • A full UK Driving License based on the location of the role.
  • The ability to plan, prioritize, organize and assign tasks, adapting your style to effectively train and pass on knowledge to others.
This role is offering an excellent remuneration package, including;

  • A basic salary of up to £50,000.
