Konnect are currently recruiting for a experienced Project Manager in Southampton. This is a permanent position working for a well respected contractor specialising in fit out and refurbishments across Southampton. Responsibilities and role:-Reporting into a Contracts Manager and assisting with site visits.
  • building and driving programme of works
  • Checking quality of work carried out
  • Managing sites to assure running to correct timescales Requirements:
  • Trade or construction degree background
  • Previous experience working at Project Manager level
  • Experience working for a similar company in the past
  • Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations
  • SMSTS
  • First aid qualified
  • CSCS card holder at Manager level
  • Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels Salary and benefits:
  • Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
