Your New Company

A large contractor who run the MOD contracts across projects in the West and South Midlands regions.

Your new role

As a Project Manager /Site Manager you will be running an MOD site and all the projects and upgrades that happen within it. You could be relaying a runway, upgrading street lighting, refurbing buildings, extensions, maintenance and repairs.

You will be working in a public sector orientated environment with a strong work life balance and lots of variety.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will have managed a variety of construction and refurbishment projects, leading teams, hiring and managing subcontractors, using your skills and experience to lead on projects across build, refurbishment, M&E and civils.

You will have an SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and have a high appreciation of health and safety across the site.

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to lead teams to complete projects on time and budget.
