JOB TITLE: Property Project Manager

LOCATION: South East England

SALARY & BENEFITS: £50,000-£60,000 + car allowance

HOURS: Full time

White Horse Employment is once again partnering with a long-standing client, a Private Equity backed service organisation, with a national presence. We are supporting their search for a Property Project Manager covering the Bedford/Cambridge and Crawley/Guildford ( south of London)

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve:

  • Preparing specifications and drawings that meet the customer’s requirements
  • Liaising and obtaining quotes from external contractors, ensuring you are keeping within budget
  • Contributing to budget estimates for business cases, being submitted to the board
  • Liaising with landlords, obtaining their consent for any work
  • Ensuring Health & Safety legislation is strictly followed

You will ideally come from a construction, facilities management or surveying project management background. You will have proven experience of working within a project management role within one of these sectors, and will be adept at managing several projects simultaneously. You will also be a strong negotiator, with the ability to secure the best deals possible. If you do not come from one of these backgrounds, do not worry. We are open to reviewing applications from people with transferrable skills and experience.
