Fast Growing ERP/CRM Consultancy

Professional Development & Exciting Projects

Package: £60,000 - £70,000 + DOE

Office: Birmingham– Hybrid but open to negotiation

  • Do you want to work for a fast-growing ERP/CRM consultancy?

This client we are working with is a growing Microsoft Partner focusing on both CRM/Business Central implementations and optimisations. They are in an exciting period of growth, and this makes it a great time to join the business.

As a project manager, you will collaborate with a larger team as well as work individually to manage bespoke client projects from the initial stages to completion making sure t that each project is completed on schedule and in accordance with customer requirement. You will tackle customer enquiries with a proactive attitude, overcoming any obstacles and assigning tasks within the company skill set.

Project Manager - Job Accountabilities

  • Manage budgets, scopes, and timeframes for allocated projects
  • Consistently achieve pre-set Chargeable utilisation Targets#
  • Attend weekly Project Management review meetings
  • Carry out timely and efficient RAID Log management
  • Attend site visits UK wide as required and complete Project ‘kick-off’ presentations
  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone.

Project Manager - Experience Needed

  • Experience delivering ERP projects
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Knowledge of NAV/BC and the Microsoft Stack
  • Highly experienced in a leadership or project management position with the ability to carry out risk management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise changing demands with excellent time management
