The Role

As a Project Manager, you will manage the development and delivery of End-Point Assessments (EPAs) for a range of Apprenticeship Standards.

Project managing the development and quality assurance of assessment materials, you will ensure they are in line with Assessment Plans and Ofqual requirements.

You will also develop and submit applications to gain approval for us to offer EPAs for new Standards in our industries.

Additionally, You Will
  • Assist in the development and QA of assessment materials
  • Prepare and run standardisation events
  • Provide guidance for training providers and apprentices
  • Gather and monitor customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
About You

To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:
  • Experience of developing assessments for vocational qualifications and/or apprenticeships
  • Good knowledge of the reformed Apprenticeship System in England, including the requirements for and operation of End-Point Assessment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable IT skills
