A well-established, growing business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team, working in partnership with the Account Director, team members and clients in meeting objectives and exceeding expectations by delivering best-in-class service, providing proactive solutions, quality construction, products and services on-time and on-budget. You can be based anywhere in the UK but must be able to get to their Coventry HQ periodically.

As a Project Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function. Managing tactical activities pertaining to clients exhibit program and associated projects.
  • Maintaining records of clients past exhibition activities and business practices.
  • Developing a strong understanding of clients products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures and ongoing marketing goals.
  • Participating in regular planning meetings and interface with a variety of client departments including Corporate Communications, Marketing and Events, Regulatory, Legal, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales as required.
  • Collaborating with client exhibition and brand groups to define needs; determine and execute exhibition and project deliverables.
  • Managing company and 3rd party production, show service and logistics details prior to the show including coordinating Design, Estimating, Project Management, Transport, I&D and Show Services to ensure budgets, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Travelling to show venue to supervise construction, fulfil client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.
We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Experience working within a similar role/at a similar level
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Thorough knowledge of databases and graphics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under your own initiative/with minimal supervision
  • Communication (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, grammar, and the ability to produce error-free documents
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to work in consultative manner with internal teammates, 3rd party vendors and client contacts at a variety of levels.
  • Ability to analyse available information and make sound decisions
  • Self-motivation and management of workload
You will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday-Friday, typically between the hours of 08:30-17:00 (with one hour unpaid lunch). You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods in order to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as well.
