Already operating from offices in London and Oxford they are now expanding their operations in East Anglia.

Your new role

Having won a number of high-profile commissions across Norfolk and Cambridge our client is looking to take on a Project Manager to join their expanding team. The role is full-time client facing and as the Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Capital Projects, predominantly within healthcare, higher education and science or research establishments. The role will be home-based, however, there is plenty of opportunity to get out and visit client sites as well as being able to visit the London office, situated next to the Thames, as and when you like. You will be joining a team of three other project managers also based in East Anglia.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will ideally be chartered (MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM) or working towards chartership. You will have experience of successfully delivering projects of £50k to £10m+. To be successful you will also have fantastic organisational and IT skills paired with a client-orientated approach and a can-do attitude.
