As the Project Lead you will be responsible for the successful delivery of shopper communication, ensuring retail POS/POP projects are delivered in budget and to agreed timeframes. Overseeing quality standards on behalf of clients and the agency. You will need to demonstrate business acumen, people and relationship management and operational leadership to successfully meet the objectives of this role.

Project Manager Primary Duties

  • Drafting and consolidation of client briefs
  • Managing POSM creative and production
  • Understand UK retailer guidelines across Boots, Tesco and the Grocery multiples
  • Ensure all output meets and exceeds client expectations and meets timelines
  • Understanding of client brands and global brand guidelines
  • Scheduling work with artwork and Design resources
  • Develop, maintain and extend client relationships at all levels, building trust and confidence in our capability
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients business and brands
  • Retention and expansion of work streams across specific brand categories
  • Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, creative standards, timelines and budgets

Project Manager Skills And Experience Required

4+ years experience in retail design, POS / POP or shopper marketing

Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with all levels client and take a brief

Experience in managing designers and production teams

Understand the end-to-end production processes of in-store POSM, including print and manufacturing

Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver all effectively

Ability to delegate work to achieve the best results

Ability to coach and develop members of the team

Be proactive and take initiative to get things done

Works as a strong team player

Good planning, organising and time management skills

Proven self-starter with strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract

Salary: £400.00-£442.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Project Management: 1 year (required)
  • Telecom domain: 2 years (required)
  • Gaming: 1 year (preferred)
