Project Manager - High Spec Residential Gerrards Cross, Bucks £70,000 - £90,000 + Generous Package About the Role Our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an extremely high spec residence in Buckinghamshire. The huge new build project consists of a massive main house, guest house and other smaller buildings, totalling at £8m in value. This project requires a Project Manager with experience on similar projects who can manage the programme, working under a highly experienced Project Director and alongside a full site team. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a project of this spec with little or no supervision, utilising previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This project will act as a steppingstone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long-term progression a real focus for this company. About the Company: My client is a hugely respected regional main contractor who built their reputation in the industry and the region by delivering to their client’s requirements and on their own promises time and time again. This £60m turnover business have gone from strength to strength in recent years, even when faced with the tricky times that Brexit and Covid have forced us all to face. They have cash in the bank, a very healthy order book and ahigh performing senior management team that has clients and employees needs at the forefront of the mind. This company’s project portfolio spans across new build and refurbishment projects, including residential (spanning from mid-level right up to super prime), education, hospitality, and heritage from £1m up to £30m in value. They cover the entire Oxfordshire region, as well as surrounding areas but never reach too far away from their head office and area of expertise. Clients include the oxford colleges and universities where this company have an amazing history of delivering work, private estates where heritage work is undertaken, and high net worth individuals who employ this business to build them their dream homes. Requirements: Candidates must have direct and relatable industry experience. Experience of Project Management is a must, ideally with experience of working on high spec new build & refurbishment projects.
