Requirements
• Knowledge or Experience of project management.
• UK Based with the ability to regularly travel to the head office in Oswestry, Shropshire
• Competent with MS Office suite
• Competent with some form of PM reporting tool
• Knowledge or Experience of the telecoms industry (fixed networks preferred)
• Knowledge or Experience with some form of GIS planning & design tool such as QGIS, ArcGIS or specific PNI tools
Experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with project management
• Resource planner
• Ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines
• Time Management: Proven ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment, working to tight deadlines and ensure effective delivery of priorities to meet targets and objectives.
• Supplier Management: Ability to communicate and deal effectively with third parties to ensure that external dependencies are adequately managed.
• Proven ability to provide effective and timely communication to customers and project teams.
• Attention to detail is paramount to success in the role
• Customer facing experience
• Someone who can and has experience of driving good practice
What you’ll be doing
• Working as a designer when not doing PM work
• Reporting to the VP of Network Design and CIO
• Act as design team interface to project management office (PMO) for reporting
• Managing third party providers(3PP)
• Lead customer meetings, take responsibility for trackers and reports.
• Internally following up on customer demands + make sure our company will deliver on agreed scope of work + managing expectations between customer and technical design team.
• Cover overtime management and reporting when VP or Team Leads are unavailable
