Simpson Judge are pleased to be working in partnership with a long-standing client within the beauty industry, they focus on developing innovative packaging solutions to organisations across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously through the entire lifecycle.

Key Duties:

· Manage multiple projects through entire life cycle

· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and to specification

· Concept & tooling development, filling trials, artwork management and compile filling/assembly specification

· Work in partnership with other functions within the business; Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, R&D, Design & Engineering

· Risk management and investigating problems and provide solutions

· Manage cost and negotiations through design & development

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience in a Project Management role, with experience specifically in packaging

· Experience running multiple projects at one time

· Experience developing products from design through to delivery

· Experience within a Health & Beauty manufacturing environment

· Great knowledge of MS Office packages
