Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge?

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support our Technology function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be managing a project to complete a business application consolidation, including all associated people and process change.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of four Business Analysts, to manage all phases of service delivery including, scoping, definition, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment of solutions.

This is a large complex project where you will utilise your hands on experience managing all stages of the project life cycle. Ideally you will be able to wear multiple hats like Technical/Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, and Scrum master; all of these are roles that will come into play with this position!

Some of the things we need from you

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience

PRINCE2/AGILE/MSP/SCRUM PM certification

Experience in Technical/Business analysis, product, or project management or similar in a Solution Delivery environment

Hands-on experience in Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities / projects and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Experience of deriving user stories and acceptance criteria with the ability to resolve conflicting end-user requirements

Experience of release planning and coordination of release activities

Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop and manage project plans to execute on multiple projects simultaneously

You should be an excellent communicator and with strong stakeholder management skills

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to regularly travel to Group offices and other locations for workshops as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester. Any required travel will be reimbursed in line with the current inland revenue mileage rates
