Job content
Within the project department, you will be responsible for the management of a project portfolio, from order intake to delivery, while respecting the principles of Cost, Quality and Delivery, and in accordance with the terms of the contract until customer acceptance.
Missions :
Design
- Develop the technical solutions required by the specifications
- Communicate the various changes to the manufacturing files to the departments concerned
- Update all technical documentation during the product’s life cycle
- Communicate the specific technical information necessary for the smooth running of the various phases of the project, communicate with the departments involved
Project management
- Organize a meeting with the sales representative and the pre-sales engineer to clarify all questions
- Analyze and clarify the customer’s needs by reviewing the technical and commercial contractual requirements
- Informs the customer of the deadlines for the project
- In the event of a request for modifications from the customer, determine the technical and commercial impact and if necessary, negotiate an amendment to the order
- Measure the risks linked to the Cost / Quality / Deadline commitment. Propose solutions to reduce or eliminate the risks detected.
- Monitor the project during the purchasing, manufacturing, testing and shipping phases
- Organize customer inspections, welcome the customer, attend the test phase with him/her, support the Test Technician
- Provide a billing forecast
- Ensure the financial follow-up of the contract at each stage of the project
Profile:
Experience required:
3 years’ initial experience as a Design Engineer or BE Technician (internal evolution)
5 years’ college/university education in electrical engineering with 3 years’ experience (external recruitment)
Pre-requisites:
Ability to work independently, good personal skills, responsiveness
