About The Role

The role of Project Delivery Manager requires the simultaneous management of a high volume of change and delivery requests for new customers and our existing community of direct corporate and Public Sector clients, adopting appropriate project governance and risk management to ensure success.

The successful candidate will be delivering a wide range of telecoms and data services including fixed line, mobile, data, UCaaS and IT-related products.

The role will require you to have a broad understanding of all key products as well as a flexible and accommodating approach to new products.

Project Delivery Managers are expected to understand and promote department and company strategy and goals at all times.

The role is desk-based but some UK travel is occasionally required.

About You
  • You’ll hold a relevant project management qualification such as Prince2 Foundation or APM PFQ for example.
  • A degree level qualification in a technical discipline such as IT or Telecomms would be highly desirable.
  • You’ll have previous experience and extensive knowledge of the Telecomms/Data industry.
  • You’ll have an excellent track record within customer delivery and project-based environments.
  • You’ll have previous experience of working with data and/or telecomms products.
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a flair for articulating your thinking
  • You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
  • You will thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart and work hard without micromanagement.
  • You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease, taking pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times
